Vivora diCare is a digital diabetes management system that seamlessly combines all diabetes data (blood glucose, insulin, etc.) and health parameters (weight, blood pressure, steps, etc.) into one system - even wirelessly from different manufacturers. Clear graphics support you in your daily diabetes management.

With the Vivora diCare app, you can connect the devices you use for your diabetes management via Bluetooth and easily retrieve data with the push of a button. These devices can include blood glucose monitors, insulin delivery devices, and other health data devices (blood pressure monitors, body scales, pedometers, etc.).

After your authorization, you can share your data with your diabetes team, who can then access the same values and graphics. This allows you to collectively monitor the progress of your values based on your therapy goals, understand the impact of individual parameters such as insulin dosage, carbohydrates, and exercise, and make changes together.
